REMINDER – Annual Reports must be filed!

In addition to our updates on new legislation and regulations coming out, we wanted to remind you that Annual Report filing requirements are still in effect for each of the states.
The filing deadline for Georgia is April 1, 2020 and North Carolina is April 15, 2020. Delaware’s deadline for corporations was March 15, 2020 however if you missed that deadline, it is important to file as soon as possible to avoid further penalties and interest.
