Michael Heinze studied law at the Rheinische Friedrichs-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn and at the University of Cologne and completed his Master of Law (LL.M.) in the field of real estate at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster.
As part of his legal clerkship, he gained international experience, including at the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce in India. After being admitted to the bar in 2014, he began working for a renowned, international commercial law firm, for which he worked until September 2019. Michael Heinze has been awarded the title “Specialist Lawyer for Commercial and Corporate Law” by the Cologne Bar Association.
The focus of his legal activities is on the areas of commercial and corporate law on the one hand and real estate law as well as commercial tenancy and lease law on the other. In particular, he advises medium-sized companies and wealthy private individuals in all areas.
Michael Heinze regularly gives lectures and publishes in the areas of law in which he works. He is a member of the Cologne Bar Association.
